167 FLEET STREET
This 20 week project was won by competitive tender on drawings and schedule
of rates basis. The work involved a total re-fit of the entrance hall to the offices,
refurbishment of the stairs and two passenger lifts and the strip out and refurbishment
of a vacated office space. The building was occupied throughout the project.
Close tenant liason and work phasing enabled Harmonix to ensure the least amount
of disruption and maintain clean and safe access at all times. We maintained an excellent
relationship with the tenant throughout, bringing the project in on time and on budget. |
