THE COURTYARD
The Courtyard comprises the erection of one single storey building built to provide up to
seven individual self contained office units ranging from approximately 18,460 sq ft gross
internal area. The design allows units to be re-configured to combine adjacent areas to form
larger units if required. The external areas were laid out to provide landscaped areas
together with the total of 57 car parking spaces on a site area of approximately 1.53 acres.
