The scope of works consists of the strip-out refurbishment of 3 floors of office space including an Electrical & Mechanical upgrade.
The scope also includes the refurbishment of the main staircase surveying 8 floors.
The three floors have a WC block, which will also be fully refurbished to a high specification.
The project is to be completed within a 16-week programme with a contract value of £450,000.
